"To illuminate that which is otherwise hidden"
It’s Possible To Start Feeling Balanced
As your therapist, I will work with you to get awareness of your past and its influence on your present. The long-term goal is for deep seated change in your personal and emotional connections.
Since childhood, we've all done what we had to in order to survive. It served us then. As adults, we start to see what isn't serving us anymore, but don't have the tools to change. I can help to tease out why we do what we do, and then you can make choices to get the results in life you dream of.
There Are Many Benefits To Working With a Clinical Psychologist
A Psychologist can successfully help you with what holds you back. They can help:
- get greater self awareness
- work toward personal goals
- improve your relationships
- learn to communicate better
These are a few of the ways a Clinical Psychologist can help.
We fuse the light with the dark, art with science, joy with sorrow
I ask hard questions sometimes, but by looking at the hard questions, a greater sense of self awareness emerges. I strive to create a safe, caring environment where we can work together to discover ways to achieve your personal goals. I currently offer a psychodynamic, insight oriented, relational approach to individual and group process therapy.
