"To illuminate that which is otherwise hidden"
Long-term change cannot happen without making sense of how the past has impacted you on a psychological level, and how these experiences influence your present functioning. It is my hope that, working together, the process of therapy will reveal what you no longer need to make space for what will help you thrive.
We fuse light with dark, art with science, joy with sorrow.
I ask hard questions sometimes, but by looking at the hard questions, a greater sense of self awareness emerges. I strive to create a safe, caring environment where we can work together to discover ways to achieve your personal goals. I currently offer a psychodynamic, insight oriented, relational approach to individual and group process therapy.
